GilledIt requires approximately 80MB of storage to download. Catch photos are stored in the cloud, not on your device, so the app does not take up more space as you log catches.

Your fishing data in GilledIt is private by default. You choose what to share publicly and what to keep in your personal diary. GilledIt does not sell your data to third parties. GPS coordinates of your catches are only visible to others if you explicitly share them.
